We respect the privacy of every individual who visits our website. Our terms describe the ways we gather data and their subsequent use.
Gostišče Tulipan collects your information, such as name, surname, contact, e-mail address, postal address, and credit card information, because such information is needed in order to process your reservation through the web portal and to process your reservation for overnight stays. From time to time, we may also send you e-mails with special offers and/or other information, from which you can unsubscribe by sending an email to: info@tulipan-azman.si.
- On receipt of the information that we require to confirm your reservation, we also commit not to forward your data to external organisations, thereby ensuring that we do not disclose your identity, except to those authorities to which we are legally required to report, i.e. to the authorities .
- We also inform you that we are not responsible for any links that allow access to other sites, as well as any subsequent actions regarding your privacy or content.
- We would like to emphasise that despite our efforts to maintain the security of your personal information, we do not accept any liability or damage caused to you, therefore, we warn you that you are accepting all the risks associated with visiting this website.
- Due to the inability to provide third-party security, we advise you to take all the necessary precautions to prevent access to your personal passwords and codes.

Reservation conditions:
PRICE OF ACCOMMODATION
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Tourist tax is not included in the price of accommodation.
GUARANTEES
All reservations must be guaranteed using a credit card that is valid during the entire time of your stay. Special conditions may apply for special offers and group reservations.
CHECK-IN
Rooms are available on the day of arrival from 12noon. Arrivals are possible until 10pm. Should you plan to arrive later than 10pm, please contact us by calling: +386 (0) 41 444 415 or +386 (0) 41 444 408.
CANCELLATIONS
Please inform us as soon as possible about any changes or cancellations to your reservation by sending an email to info@tulipan-azman.si or by calling: +386 (0) 4 537 880 ali 041 444 415. Guests may cancel reservations free of charge at the latest 24 hours prior to arrival (applies to individual reservations for a maximum of two rooms). If a reservation is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, we reserve the right to charge the price of a night stay for the reserved room (or rooms), unless otherwise specified in the cancellation policy.
CHILDREN AND ADDITIONAL BEDS
Children up to the age of 5 can stay free of charge in a room with their parents. A child’s bed is available free of charge. Children up to the age of 5 do not pay tourist tax. Children aged 5 to 18 years pay 50% of the tourist tax rate. It is possible to put one or two additional beds in certain rooms – in rooms 10 and 20 there are two additional beds; in rooms 11 and 12 there is the option of one additional bed.
PETS
Small house-trained pets are welcome at Gostišče Tulipan. No additional charge is made for pets, however, a cleaning charge of 10 euros is added to the bill.
